How we store and secure information we collect?

Data is stored encrypted, and also encrypted in transit (with the exception of email communications). Access to the data is controlled by role-based configuration of the cloud provider’s services.
Physically recorded data is stored in locking cabinets in a secured room. Access to the cabinets, the room, the building floor, and the building is controlled by a multi-level security system requiring access at each security level. Additionally, the building has a guard service.
Marketing
Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Our Company Group.
